HOUSE BILL NO. 321 am An Act relating to trusts, to the prudent                
investor rule, and to standards of care applicable to personal                 
representatives, conservators, and trustees; and providing for an              
effective date was read the second time.                                       
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                 
objection, it was so ordered.
